Today, Chinese commercial aviation industry is still in its beginning stages. How to deal with market and customer services is a challenge for China commercial airplane manufacturers. In this article, the author, a senior director of Economic Research Center in AVIC shows his point of view after he visited Boeing Commercial Airplane Group. He stresses that customer services should be put in the first place when AE-100 airplane project starts to operation .
