高尿酸血症血尿酸与TNF-α、IL-6的关系 被引量:16

Association of blood uric acid with TNF-αand IL-6 in patients with hyperuricemia

摘要 测定高尿酸血症及其合并糖脂代谢紊乱患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)与白细胞介素6 (IL-6)水平,结果显示高尿酸血症患者TNF-α、IL-6水平明显高于正常对照者(均P<0.01),高尿酸血症并发糖脂代谢紊乱时血清TNF-α、IL-6水平升高更为显著。 Serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels were measured in patients with simple hyperuricemia or hyperlipidemia combined with hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia. The results showed that TNF-α, IL-6 levels in patients with hyperuricemia were higher than those in normal controls ( both P 〈 0.01 ) , and even higher in patients with hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.
