特发性矮小儿童73例抑郁情绪和个性特征

Study on Depressive Disorder and Personality in 73 Children with Idiopathic Short Stature

目的研究特发性矮小儿童(ISS)抑郁情绪和个性特征。方法以73例ISS患儿为试验组,50例健康儿童为健康对照组。采用Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)分别对二组进行测试,并将测试结果进行统计学分析、比较,并与中国常模比较。结果试验组抑郁症状总发生率为52.05%(38/73例),与健康对照组和中国常模组比较差异有显著性(Pa<0.01)。用EPQ量表测定试验组E分值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),N分值明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论ISS患儿抑郁症状存在较普遍;性格偏内向、情绪较不稳定。

Objective To investigate depressive disorder and personality of children with idiopathic short stature（ISS）. Methods The experimental group consisting of 73 cases with ISS, and health Control group including 50 normal children, they were received the tests of Zung＇s self-rating depression scale （SDS） and eysenck personality questionnaire （EPQ） ,respectively. Comparisons among the two groups and the Chinese ordinary group were made. Results The total incidence rate of depressive disorder in ISS group was 52.05%, which was significantly different from that of control group and Chinese ordinary group（Pa 〈0.01 ）. Compared with health control group, the result of EPQ test of experimental group showed that the score of E was obviously lower（P 〈0.01 ） ,but the score of N was obviously higher than that in control group（ Pa 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is widespread that children with ISS have depressive disorder, such as introversive character and instable emotion.
