摘要
风险分析在防洪减灾工作中是一种重要的非工程措施。通过对防洪系统风险分析的综合研究,系统论述了国内外采用的风险识别和风险估计方法,指出了存在的主要问题,并对今后的发展方向做出了阐述。
The analysis of risk is an important non-works measure in the flood control and the catastrophe reduction.The paper expounds the methods of risk distinction and risk estimation in home and overseas through the comprehensive study of flood control system risk analysis,demonstrates the existed main questions,explains the future development direction.
