摘要
[目的]减轻脂肪乳液外渗皮下而出现皮肤红肿、胀痛，严防出现局部坏死及纤维性变。[方法]观察8例鲜芦荟局部外敷治疗脂肪乳渗漏的情况。[结果]芦荟具有活血散瘀、消肿止痛的功效。[结论]新鲜芦荟对脂肪乳液渗漏致不同程度红肿热痛的疗效明显，值得推广。
Objective： To relieve skin flare and gas pains and local necrosis and fibrosis of some severe cases caused by intralipid intravenous infusion in subcutaneous tissue. Methods： A total of 8 patients with intralipid leakage treated with fresh aloe local external applying. Results： Aloe has the effect of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis detumescence and odynolysis. Conclusion： The curative effect of fresh aloe for various degrees of flare, phlegmasia, and pain caused by intralipid leakage is obvious, and that is worth to be generalized.
