The foreign language talents with compound skills is required by the development of the times. But conditions are varied from university to university. So the training of talents should suit the conditions, moreover the cultivation of foreign language skills and humane quality should always be given first priority. Never should any university deviate from the teaching programme, undermine the professional standard and the knowledge structure.
