摘要
复杂形状雕塑曲面型腔的数控加工是机械类压铸模具生产过程中的关键,本文针对雕塑曲面型腔的结构特点,较深入地研究了型腔粗加工方法,并给出了粗加工刀具直径的估算方法。
The technology of NC rough machining for the arbitrarily-shaped pocket composed of sculptured surfaces,as the kernel of the mould production,is deeply studied in this paper according to the structure characteristics of pocket.And the estimation of cutter diameter is introduced as well.
