摘要
本文依据2000年北京地区制造业R&D/NPD(研究开发项目/新产品开发项目)项目的调查数据,分别使用2χ检验、T检验以及因子分析方法对初始因素集进行筛选优化,识别出项目在不同开发阶段的关键影响因素,并对结果进行分析研究,为建立R&D/NPD项目中止决策的指标体系提供了一种更加合理、科学的方法。
On the basis of the surveyed data of R&D/NPD projects of manufacturing industries in Beijing, the selecton and optimization for preliminary influence factors of R&D/NPD projects of manufacturing industries in Beijing are made, with aid of x^2 - test, T-test, and factor analysis respectively. Then, the key factors that influence on different stages of research and development of projects are identified. Furthermore, the results are discussed and analyzed in detail. A more reasonable method for selecting and optimizing preliminary influence factors is presented.
