摘要
描述了一种双台阶气隙消色差磁偏转系统,它是由3个紧密相邻的具有不同气隙的扇形磁铁组成的对称系统。用矩阵方法分析了系统的传输特性,得到了消色差关系式、最佳消色差条件以及最佳极面形状。该系统具有较好的消色差特性和聚焦特性,能量范围宽。
A doubly achromatic deflecting system with two step gap is described. It comprises three contiguous sectors with different gap and an axis of symmetry. The system is analysed by matrix method to get the achromatic relation, optimal achromatic condition and optimal face shape. The configuration keeps the excellent achromatic and focusing properties even for charged particle beam with very large energy spread.
