摘要
本文从城市的区域交通节点考虑,把城市分为中心城市、资源型城市和一般城市。以中心城市土地利用特性和现状人口为基础,采用曲线估计的方法建立了交通生成预测模型。利用辽宁省锦州市、盘锦市和辽阳市的交通数据,对模型进行了验证,结果表明模型能够较好反映规划年城市土地利用特征变化所带来的各种交通需求特性的差异。
Taking into accout the nature of cities as regional communication nodes, this paper classifies them into central city, resource city and general city. Based on urban land use characteristics and current population, this paper set up a practical analysis model for trip generation forecast by curve estimation regression analysis and cluster analysis method. This model has been applied to the practice of comprehensive transportation planning in Jinzhou, Panjin and Liaoyang. The results indicated that the model can reflect the differences in travel demand specialties brought about by the changes in land use characteristics.
