色氨酸耗竭试验对人体生理功能、认知功能及精神疾病的影响
摘要
色氨酸耗竭（tryptophandepletion，TD）试验，是研究中枢5．羟色胺（5-HT）功能紊乱在精神疾病发病机制中的重要而可靠的技术方法，上世纪70年代首次应用于临床研究。由于色氨酸作为5-HT前体物质，经耗竭试验后体内浓度显著下降，故TD可为研究体内5-HT浓度减低时对机体生理功能、认知功能及精神症状的作用及意义提供先决条件。
