摘要
此文用采用面向对象的软件工程方法和面向对象的用例分析技术对“住房公积金财务会计系统”进行了系统的分析、设计并予以实现。此课题解决了目前住房公积金管理中心的财务管理工作的急需而又无法选用商品化财务软件来使用这一矛盾。财务会计业务模块的设计上,符合国家对于财务会计行业的法律法规。具体实现上,遵循了国际上通行的“借贷记账法”、“复式记账”等先进的会计理论。此课题的研制极大促进了住房公积金财务管理的现代化与规范化,是面向对象技术在财务软件系统开发上的成功应用。
In this paper, we use the ways of Object Oriented software engineering and technology of Object Oriented software Use-Case analyses to accomplish the analyses,design and implement of the ＂Housing fund accounting system＂. The purpose of this problem is to solve the contradiction between the requirement of finance management of Housing fund management center and the scarcity of the commercial finance software. This system accorded with the laws of finance and accounting in the module design and followed ＂debit and keep accounts method＂ and ＂duplicate accounts method＂ advanced accounting theory in implement .
