摘要
在社会人才培养和需求的结构性矛盾大,国内社会劳动力大量剩余、积累,高校扩招后毕业生迅速增加的社会背景下,用人单位对一般性人才的选择余地增大,对应聘大学毕业生的要求也越来越高。高校毕业生已经成为就业市场上的弱势群体。高校如何加强对学生的择业教育,调整学生就业心态,形成合理的职业规划,以适应新时期社会人才供求关系的变化是高校发展面临的重要课题。
With the social background that a large structural contradiction of social personnel training and the demand, a large amount of surplus of our country's social Workforce, a rapid increase of the graduates after the university expanding, the employer increases the general talents" choice, meanwhile, the requirement for the graduates is higher and higher. Graduates'have already become the disadvantaged groups in the careers markets. It is the important subject in university's development that how the university strengthens career education to the students, how to adjust students' psychology of obtaining employment, and how to make the rational plan which can meet the change of the social talent's supply-demand relationship of the new period
