摘要 与传统微波雷达相比,激光雷达具有更高的空间分辨率和灵敏度。激光多普勒雷达作为有效的测速手段,已在遥感空中风场方面得到具体应用。该文介绍了国内外相干多普勒激光雷达的发展情况,并对固态相干多普勒激光雷达的基本组成、工作原理、回波机制以及检测信噪比作了比较详细的论述和分析。文中还结合固态相干激光雷达的特点对该领域的发展趋势作了展望:机载、星载相干激光多普勒雷达技术将得到迅速发展,在军事和民用方面有着广阔的应用价值。 Compared with traditional microwave radar, lidar has higher spatial resolution and sensitivity. As an effective method for measuring velocity, Doppler lidar has been applied concretely in wind field remote sensing. In this paper, the development of coherent Doppler lidar is presented. The basic structure, operational principle, echo mechanism and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of solid-state coherent Doppler lidar are discussed and analyzed in detail. On this basis, combined with the application features of solid-state coherent Doppler lidar a prospect on the development in this field is given., the airborne and space-borne coherent Doppler lidar technology will be developed fast, and it will be applied widely in military and civilian affairs.
