患绝症临终病人的心理护理是护理过程中的一项重要实践活动。患绝症临终病人心理反应复杂,思想压力沉重,常有恐惧、忧虑、烦躁的表现。该类病人的心理表现分为否认期、愤怒期、协议期、忧郁期、接受期5个阶段,护士要根据病人不同时期的心理表现,从心理护理的角度加以引导和关怀。

Psychologic nursing of termina patients with incurable disease is an important practice of nursing. Terminal patients with incurable disease complex psychological reactions, usually have fear, worry, and whiny behavior. There are five stages of the terminal patients： deny stage, rage stage, agreement stage, melancholy stage , and acceptance stage . The terminal patients become more acceptable to the treatment after they have mental nursing.
