中专女生儿童期教师非身体接触体罚经历及其与危险行为的关联

Childhood Non-contact Corporal Punishment and Its Association with the Health Related Risk Behaviors in Female Students

目的了解中专女生儿童期教师非身体接触体罚(体罚)的发生情况,探讨体罚经历与健康相关危险行为及心理健康的关联。方法用自填式问卷对北京、河北、辽宁5所中专二年级709名女生进行不记名回顾性调查。调查内容包括:一般人口学指标;儿童期虐待经历;青少年健康相关危险行为;症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果在被调查的709名学生中,有44.85%的学生16岁以前受过体罚;与童年期无体罚经历的学生相比,有体罚经历的学生出现忧郁、吸烟、饮酒、参与或卷入斗殴事件的比例明显偏高;有体罚经历的学生SCL-90中各种精神症状的发生率也较无体罚经历的学生明显偏高。结论中专女生儿童期教师非身体接触体罚现象比较常见,而且童年期的体罚经历与女生健康相关危险行为及心理健康明显相关。

Objective To ascertain the prevalence of non - contact childhood corporal punishment among female students of the technical secondary schools and to explore the impact of non - contact childhood corporal punishment on health related risk behaviors and the mental health of the victims, to provide useful reference for child physical abuse prevention. Methods Seven hundred and nine female students from five technical secondary schools in Beijing, Hebei and Liaoning provinces were surveyed by self - administered questionnaire anonymously. Results Among 709 female students, 44. 9% reported having experienced at least one time non - physical contact corporal punishment before the age of 16. Compared with their peers who had no such experience, the students who had experienced corporal punishment in childhood showed significantly higher risk in the psychological symptoms of somatization, obsessive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation and psychoticism; higher rate of the sad, drinking alcohol, smoking, and being involved in physical fight. Conclusion The findings from this research suggest that the problem of childhood non - physical contact corporal punishment was common among female students of the technical secondary schools, and was associated with the health related risk behaviors and the psychological problem of the students abused. The problem of corporal punishment in school must be paid attention to and the intervention of child maltreatment in school should be developed.
