摘要 硝酸酯类药物疗效肯定,在临床中有着广泛的应用价值,但其耐药性制约了其作用的发挥,通过注意硝酸酯类药物的应用方法及减少、抑制超氧自由基的产生可以预防或减弱硝酸酯类药物的耐药。 Nitrates have a verified curative effect and a wide application value in clinics, but their functions are limited by the drug tolerance. Paying attention to the administration methods of nitrates and the restriction of superoxide free radicals can prevent or reduce the drug tolerance of nitrates.
