中药治疗外科术后黄疸不退22例疗效分析

Analysis On 22 Cases of Post-Surgery Unextinctive Jaundice Treated Dialectically by Traditional Chinese Medicine Mainly with Virgate Wormwood Herb,Rhubarb and Densefruit Pittany Root-bark

目的探讨中药茵陈、大黄、白鲜皮为主辨证治疗外科术后黄疸不退患者的临床疗效。方法术后黄疸不退患者经西药保肝降黄常规治疗1周后黄疸无变化者44例,随机分为2组,对照组22例,继续西药保肝降黄常规治疗;治疗组22例,在此基础上加用中药治疗。观察两组患者治疗前、后的疗效及血清生化指标。结果治疗后两组患者疗效间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、ALT、AST间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论茵陈、大黄、白鲜皮为主辨正治疗外科术后黄疸不退不但能很好的改善患者的临床症状,还具有明显降低血清胆红素、肝血清酶,保护肝脏的作用。

Objective To approach the clinical curative effect on the patients with post - surgery unextinetive jaundice who have been treated dialectically by traditional Chinese medicine mainly with Virgate Wormwood Herb （Yineben） , Rhubarb （Dahuang） and Densefruit Pittany Root -bark （Baixianpi）. Methods Separate 44 patients into two groups randomly. These patients＇ jaundice was not extinctive obviously after routine treatment with the medicines which can protect the liver function and descend the jaundice for one week. Then the traditional Chinese medicine been added to the 22 patients in the treatment group. The elementary prescription was consisted of Virgate Wormwood Herb （Yinehen）, Rhubarb （Dahuang）, Densefruit Pittany Root - bark （ Baixianpi ） , Magnolia bark （Houpu） , Stir - baking FRUCTUS HORDEI GERMINATUS ET CRATAEGI ET MASSA FER - MENTATA MEDICINALIS （Jiaosanxian） and Radix Glyeyrrhizae （Ganeao）. According to differentiation of symptoms and signs, gave the patients the added or subtracted medicine based on that prescription. The 22 patients in the control group still continued to receive the routine treatment as before. Results The clinical improvement rate of treatment group is 72. 73%. Compare to the control group, the difference between them in the improvement rate is markly （ P 〈0. 05）. And the values of TBiL, DBiL, ALT and AST tested for the patients in the treatment group were all in better condition than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups is markly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Dialectical treatment mainly with Virgate Wormwood Herb （Yinchen） , Rhubarb （Dahuang） and Densefruit Pittany Root -bark （Baixianpi） to the patients, who was suffering from the post - surgery unextinetive jaundice, not only can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and signs very well, but also has obviously effect on stepping down the serum bilirubin and hepatic sero -enzyme, and protecting liver.
