目的探讨以营养宣教为重点的系列健康教育对在慢性病的治疗中的作用。方法以社区医院为基地,以糖尿病、高血压等慢性病患者为研究对象,采用自身先后对照来评价其效果。结果通过一年的综合干预,受试者营养知识、饮食行为、膳食结构和疾病相关指标均明显改善。结论恰当的营养教育远期效果十分明显。
