棉籽双液相萃取工艺甲醇相中棉子糖提取液的脱色 被引量:12

摘要 以棉籽为原料,经双液相萃取工艺中的甲醇相,通过加水及减压蒸馏得到棉子糖水溶液,超滤后用活性炭、Al2O3、硅胶和H2O2进行脱色处理,经过对比选择了最佳脱色剂活性炭,并对其脱色工艺进行了优化。得到活性炭最佳脱色条件为:活性炭添加量7.5mg/mL,温度50℃,pH值3,时间20min。在最佳脱色条件下,测得脱色率为94.6%,且脱色液中检测不到游离棉酚的存在。 Using methanol phase produced by Two-Phase solvent extraction of cottonseed as raw material, through adding water and rectification under yacuum, an aqueous solution of raffinose was obtained. After ultrafiltration, the raffinose's solution was discolored using active carbon, Al2O3, silica gel and H2O2 respectively. The comparison showed that the active carbon was the best decolorant. The optimum operation parameters were as follows, the content of active carbon 0.75%, temperature 50℃ at pH 3 for 20min. The discoloring ratio was 94. 6 % under the optimum conditions, and the free gossypol couldn't be detected in the discolored solution.
