摘要
描述了用核素活度计测定含有放射性核素杂质(124)I的样品中的123I的活度的方法。根据不同的时间由活度计测得的值与样品中123I与124活度比的变化相关性,通过调节活度计的核素因子,直接读出123I的活度,分析误差<5%。
A method is described for determination of 123 I activity with a radionuclide activity meter.In 123 I sample often exists 124 I as a radioactive impurity.The activity ratio of 124 I to 123 I is changed with time because the two nuclides have different half lifetime.Based on the measured value in the activity meter and the “activity ratio vs.time”relationship,the real 123 I activity can be read directly by adjusting the nuclide factor in the activity meter.The measuring error is less 5%.
