摘要
为了延长一段转化炉炉管的寿命,根据工艺要求和转化管类型,对炉管管理作了探讨,并提出建议。内容涉及如何控制好温度、水碳比,防止催化剂架桥、粉化,加强对炉管维护等问题。
In order to prolong the service life of Primary reformer tubes, this paper discussed how to manage Primary reformer tubes according to process requirements and tube type, and puts forward proposals, conceming how to control temperature and water/carbon ratio, how to prevent pulverization and bridging of the catalysts, as well as how to strengthen the maintenance of the reformer tubes, etc.
