随着计算机技术的不断发展,小型PLC在电机控制回路的应用已越来越得到广泛的应用,由机械式继电器组合的电机控制回路模式已逐渐被淘汰。针对中海石油化学股份有限公司电机控制器EMC在实现脱盐水精制水泵电机自启动功能应用案例和问题进行分析、总结,进一步开发小型PLC在低压电机控制领域的应用。

With successive development of computer technology, small PLC is more and more widely used in motor control circuit. The motor control mode composed of mechanical relay is gradually eliminated. This article analyzes and summarizes the application of EMC controller in realizing automatic startup of fine water pump motor for desalted water in Fudao, and further develops the application of small PLC used in low-voltage motor control circuit.
