结合对合成氨、尿素装置DCS系统的升级改造,简要介绍了DCS系统结构原理、特点、控制功能,总结了FBM卡件故障判断方法和日常故障诊断处理经验。
Combining with the upgrading and revamping of ammonia and urea plant DCS system,The paper presents the construction principle, characteristics and control function of DCS system, and summarizes DCS card failure diagnosis methods and daily troubleshooting experiences.
