钒铁微合金化工艺在HRBL600钢筋生产中的应用实践

Application of V-microalloying Technology in Producing HRBL600 Reinforced Bar

介绍了长钢采用钒铁微合金化生产HRBL600钢筋的工艺;研究了钒铁微合金化对钢筋性能和组织的影响;分析了HRBL600钢筋化学成分与力学性能的关系。结果表明:采用钒铁微合金化生产HRBL600钢筋的工艺是可行的。

The technology of V-microalloying in producing HRBL600 reinforced bar at Changzhi Iron ＆ Steel （ Group ） Co. Ltd was introduced. The effections of V-microalloying on mechanical properties and microstructure of the reinforced bar were studied and the relations between chemical composition and mechanical properties were analyzed. The result indicates that it is feasible to produce HRBL600 reinforced bar using V-microalloying.
