摘要 顾客抱怨管理是保险公司服务质量管理的重要内容。在对保险行业顾客抱怨进行分类的基础上,提出了顾客抱怨处理应该遵循的程序。并立足于整个保险服务提供系统的角度,提出了顾客抱怨处理系统的组成部分及运行机制。
