血管内皮生长因子对猪重组复合皮移植成活的影响及安全性研究

摘要 目的探讨皮下注射血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)对猪重组复合皮存活的影响及安全性研究。方法在5只小香猪脊柱两侧分别设计2个全厚皮缺损创面,移植重组复合皮,分为两组,术中分别皮下注射 VEGF 和生理盐水,对比观察皮片的成活、收缩、组织学差异和治疗的安全性。结果在皮片的成活率、收缩率、瘢痕增生和组织结构的完整性等方面,VEGF 组均优于生理盐水组。该实验没发现毒副作用。结论皮下注射 VEGF 能够促进皮片血管重构,增加皮片存活能力,是一种简单有效的治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the effects of subcutaneous injection of VEGF on the viability of reconstructed swine composite skin graft and the safety. Methods The 4 wounds of full skin defects were created on the both sides of the vertebrae in the back of each swine and the composite skin was grafted. The swine were then divided into two groups with one group receiving VEGF injection subcutaneously (VEGF group) and another group receiving normal saline ( Control group) during the operation. The survival rate, contraction rate, scar formation and the histological integrity of the grafted composite skin were compared between the two groups. Results The survival rate,contraction rate,scar forming and histological integrity in VEGF group were better than those in control group. There was no side effect detected. Conclusion Subcutaneous injection of VEGF might promote angiogenesis and the survival of the grafted skin.
