杏鲍菇菌丝液体深层发酵产生多糖的分离纯化及生物学活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 许多实验让实多糖具有提高免疫功能的作用,可以促进动物的非特异性免疫和特异性免疫.文中利用液体深层发酵法获取大量杏鲍菇菌丝,并从中分离、纯化出两种杏鲍菇多糖即A1和A2.分别用浓度为7mg/mL的A1和A2作为小鼠的免疫增强剂,观察其对抗肿瘤的影响.结果表明杏鲍菇多糖对小鼠产生较好的抗肿瘤作用. Extensive studies have showed that some polysaccharides had the function of enhancing immunity. Most polysaccharides can promote animal's specific and nonspecific immunity. In this paper we reported that two polysaccharides A1 and A2 were isolated and purified from Submerged culture of Pleurotus eryngii. The polysaccharide with the concentration of 7 mg/mL was used as immuno-potantiators, and its effects on tumors were observed. The result showed that Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharides produced anti -tumor effects in mouse.
