摘要
在理论计算的有关截面能相当好地符合实验数据的前提下,用核反应模型SPEC程序计算了70MeV质子束轰击72Ge及其化合物Zr5Ge3厚靶所产生的几种主要放射性核的产生率。
Under the condition of the calculated relative cross sections is in good agreement with the experimental data,the production rate(s -1 ·μA -1 ) of the main radioactive nuclei induced by 70 MeV protons on 72 Ge and its compound Zr 5Ge 3 targets are calculated by nuclear reaction model code SPEC.The calculated production rates of 72 As and 71 As are higher 2—3 times than the evaluated values abroad.
