摘要
2005年3月19日-2005年5月22日在浙江省平阳县南麂岛开发有限公司所属的南麂岛综合育苗场进行实地测量以及试验,通过用绿色、白色、红色、黄色、蓝色共5种颜色的光,并且以100 lx、200 lx、300 lx、400 lx、500 lx共5档照度作为刺激源,同时还用7种颜色的网片(黑色、蓝色、绿色、橙色、白色、青绿色、红色)作为刺激源,把实验水池按照离光源的不同距离共分为4个区域,观测大黄鱼对各种刺激的反应。结果表明:大黄鱼对于不同颜色网片的反应有极显著性差异(P<0.01),大黄鱼穿过蓝色网片、绿色网片的比例分别为64.97%、52.68%,比其它颜色网片的比例高。在对各颜色光及不同光源照度的反应实验中,5种颜色对大黄鱼的分布无显著性(P>0.05)影响,4个区域对大黄鱼的分布有极显著性(P<0.01)影响。大黄鱼趋于照度较高区域(0.5-500 lx)比趋于照度较低区域(0-0.5 lx)有显著性差异(P<0.05)。发现在照度较高的区域内,大黄鱼对光源照度为300 lx的蓝光或200 lx的绿光有一定的正趋向性。
In this paper, we collected data of Pseudosciaena crocea in the breeding farm of Nanji Island Development Co. , Ltd. - Pingyang Zhejiang in Nanji Island from March 19, 2005 to May 22, 2005. The experimental pond was separated into 4 areas according to the distance from the light source. By 5 kinds of lights (5 colors: green, white, red, yellow, blue; 5 kinds of illumination intensities: 100 lx, 200 lx, 300lx, 400 lx, 500 lx) and 7 kinds of nets (black, blue, green, orange, white, bluish green, red) to stimulate Pseudosciaena crocea, their reactions were observed. The results showed that: (1) The reactions to the differences among 7 kinds of nets were highly significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). The percentage of Pseudosciaena crocea swimming through blue and green nets were 64.97%, 52.68%, respectively, which was higher than other nets. (2) In the experiment of lights, 5 kinds of colors were not significantly different ( P 〉 0.05 ) to the distribution of Pseudosciaena crocea. The 4 areas were significantly different (P 〈 0.01 ) to the distribution of Pseudosciaena crocea. The differences between Pseudosciaena crocea g trend to higher illumination intensities area (0.5 -500lx) and trend to lower illumination intensities area (0 -0.5 lx) was significant (P 〈 0.05 ). In the higher illumination intensities area, the Pseudosciaena crocea had positive tendency to 300 lx of blue light and 200 lx of green light.
