摘要
通过对济南某办公楼所处地质条件和承载力计算的分析,介绍了钻孔灌注桩后压浆施工、桩端后压浆的加固机理,并对其施工工艺加以阐述,在不扩大桩径、不增加桩长的条件下提高了承载力,满足了高层建筑的要求。
Through the analyses on the geology condition and the calculation of bearing of one office building in Jinan city,it introduces the strength mechanism of post-grouting in drilling cast-in-place piles post-grouting construction,and represents its construction technology.Its bearing was increased in condition of not expand the diameter of the piles and not increase the length of the piles,and this meet the need of high-rise building.
