基于公路勘察设计企业开展EPC总承包的研究

通过对国内公路工程建设模式的分析,结合国际上目前通用的工程总承包模式,提出以设计单位为龙头,开展工程总承包业务是我国公路工程建设与国际惯例接轨的必然途径,并分析了公路设计单位开展工程总承包的优势及如何由单一设计功能转变为具有工程总承包能力的过程。

According to analyzing domestic model of road project construction,combing with the model of project general contract which is common used in international at present,the article brings up that take the design enterprise as head to carry out project general contract is the necessary way to have domestic road project construction mach international convention,at the same time,analyzes the advantage of design enterprise and the course that how to change from single design function to general contract＇s ability.
