晶状体及前部玻璃体切割术治疗先天性白内障

Lens incision and anterior vitrectomy for congenital cataract

目的通过观察应用晶状体及前部玻璃体切割术治疗先天性白内障,评价该术式临床效果。方法对26例（46眼）2岁以内的先天性白内障患儿一期行晶状体及前部玻璃体切割术,随访观察其术后眼部情况及二期行人工晶状体植入术时眼部的情况及其并发症。结果采用该手术方式治疗的先天性白内障,术后患儿眼部反应轻微,无明显纤维素样渗出,并发症少,对后期行人工晶状体植入术影响较小。结论先天性白内障行晶状体及前部玻璃体切割术效果良好,该手术方式操作较简单,具有良好的临床应用效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the operation of lens incision and anterior vitectomy for congenital cataract. Methods The retrospective study comprised 46eyes of 26 children. The lens incision and anterior vitrectomy were performed in all eyes. After surgery we observed eyes condition and complications. Results The operative stimulation was gentle in all eyes after lens incision and anterior vitrectomy, there was no visible fibrous membrane and a little influence for secondary IOL implantation in the future. Conclusions The operation of lens incision and anterior vitectomy for congenital cataract is effective and it is worth of popularizing.
