抗癫痫药对脑发育影响的实验研究 被引量：1

摘要 抗癫痫药物在产生抗癫痫作用的同时,通过多种机制影响脑发育过程中神经细胞的迁移和分化、突触形成与可塑性及神经纤维髓鞘形成,增加神经细胞的凋亡,阐明AED s对正常脑发育的影响及其机制,对于临床合理使用抗癫痫药物,促进脑功能恢复具有重要意义。
