山羊小腔卵泡体外长期培养系统的建立 被引量:2

摘要 显微手术法剥离山羊2mm以下小腔卵泡,以单个卵泡方式进行体外培养。结果表明:山羊小腔卵泡在体外适宜条件下可培养6~25d,在培养过程中,卵泡可维持类固醇激素的分泌和卵母细胞发育。以基础培养液中添加1IU/ml FSH、1IU/ml LH和10ng/ml IGF—Ⅰ的培养体系最适宜山羊小腔卵泡的体外培养。 Intact goat small antral follicles were dissected from ovaries by a microsurgical method and cultured individually in 24—well tissue culture plate. The results showed that, goat small antral follicles could survive 6~25 d and preserve steroidogenesis and oocyte development during the culture period. The culture system which contains 1 IU/ml FSH, 1 IU/ml LH and 10 ng/ml IGF-I in the basic medium was most suitable for the long-term culture of goat small antral follicles in vitro.
