仔猪睾丸间质细胞增殖和发育的组织学观察 被引量:1

摘要 对1~4周龄仔猪睾丸间质细胞的形态学发育进行了光镜和电镜观察。光镜结果表明:随仔猪年龄增长,间质细胞总数明显增多,到第3周龄时达到高峰,第4周龄时出现下降趋势,该细胞的密度随其总数的增多而逐渐增加,周围曲精细管逐渐发育成形,至3周龄时与间质组织界限已渐明确,至第4周龄时,部分间质细胞开始退化,而使数量减少。电镜结果表明:随1~3周龄仔猪周龄增加,间质细胞内线拉体及滑面内质网显著增多,细胞核也逐渐发育成熟。说明随仔猪周龄增长,睾丸间质细胞数量逐渐增多的同时。 The morphological development of tests from 1~4 weeks old Piglets were observed by using optical and electron microscope. The results by using optical microscope indicated that the whole population of the leydig cells was increased obviously and rose to the maximum in 3 weeks old, and started to decreased from 4 weeks old. The density of the leydig cells increased as the population inereased. Seminiferous tubules were taking shape gradually and there were obvious gaps between the tubules and interstritial tissues, but Some of the leydig cells started to degenerate from 4 weeks old. The results by using electron microscope indicated that the number of mitochondria and smooth endoplasmic reticulum increased obviously in leydig cells from 1 to 3 weeks old, and the nuclei became mature gradually. This observation demonstrated that as the number increasing, leydig cells enhance their steroidogenic activity.
