试论农民分化与新农村建设

On the Relation between the Differentiation of Farmers and the Construction of the New Rural Areas

改革开放以来,由于生产资料所有制的变化、市场经济的发展以及城乡二元结构的松动,原来同质性很高的农民群体发生了严重的分化。新农村建设必须要充分地考虑到农民分化的现状,努力化解农民分化带来的问题,只有如此才能建设一个和谐的新农村。

Since the reform and opening up, the rural populace which used to have a homogeneous nature before have had serious differentiation due to the change of ownership of the means of production, the development of market economy as well as the softening of the dual structure in urban and rural areas. Only we should fully consider the differentiation of farmers and try to solve its problems, can we build the new harmonious rural areas.
