党的十六届六中全会强调,构建社会主义和谐社会,关键在党。并强调,要以党内和谐促进社会和谐,这说明党内和谐是社会和谐的前提。而要促进党内和谐,至关重要的是要从保持政令畅通、落实勤政为民、增强党务公开、保障党内选举和提升党内监督几个重要方面着力。
The Sixth Plenary Sessions of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC stresses that the CPC is the key to building the harmonious socialist society and it also emphasizes that the intra-Party harmony can promote social harmony, which explains that the intra-Party harmony is the major premise of the social harmony. In the author＇s opinion, in order to enhance harmony in the intra-Party, it is very important for us to ensure that the Party＇s decisions be carried out to the letter, adhere to exercising state power for the people, make publicity of the Party＇s affairs, safeguard the intra-Party election and promote the intra-Party supervision.
