分析了铜电解过程中阴极铜表面产生气孔以及电解液带气的原因,介绍了防止高纯阴极铜表面生长气孔的措施及实践。
This paper analyses the cause for generation of pores copper electrolysis and why excessive air could be dissolved in on the face of cathode Copper in the production of the electrolyte, describes measures and practice of avoiding the generation of pores on the face of high quality cathode copper.
