摘要
研究了真空蒸馏法分离废杂锌锡合金回收锌锡金属的工艺。工业试验表明,控制蒸馏温度900℃,时间8 h,处理量1200 kg,炉内残压40 Pa,可以得到99．9%的金属锌和85%的金属锡。
This paper discuss the technology of separating zinc-tin alloy to recover zinc and tin by vacuum distillation. The industial experiment shows that under the conditions of 900℃, 8h and 40Pa in furnace when the disposal capability is 1200kg per furnace, the zinc content is over 99.9% in zinc metal and the tin content is over 85% in tin metal.
