摘要
介绍焊接用H08Mn2SiA盘条的生产工艺、性能特点。对钢中化学成分、冶炼和轧制工艺进行优化研究,采用化学成分控制、脱氧合金化、炉外处理、全程保护浇注、结晶器电磁搅拌、吐丝温度控制、冷却控制等措施使盘条的化学成分均匀,强度适中,塑性高,拉拔性能和焊接性能优良,质量稳定可靠,取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。
To introduce the production process and property characteristic of H08Mn2SiA Wire Rod for welding. The chemical composition of the steel, smelting and rolling process are optimized and researched. Adopting such measures as chemical composition controlling, deoxygenating alloying, treatment out of furnace, protection casting whole course, electric-magnetic whisking in crystallizer, rod-laying temperature control and cooling control, makes the wire rod chemical composition even, strength moderate, plasticity high, drawing property and welding property excellent, quality stable and reliable. It has achieved good economical and society benefits.
