摘要
针对我国目前公共工程建设项目中出现的代建制管理模式作了简要介绍,对该模式与其他几种常见模式作了对比,并对代建制模式的优势,发展中遇到的问题,以及代建制模式遇到问题的解决、未来发展趋势作了介绍。
The thesis introduces construction agent system in our current public project, compared with several other common models. And it introduces advantages of construction agent problems and resolution encountered during its development, and its development trend in the future.
