摘要
我国施工企业实行人力资源激励机制的目的是诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现施工目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。激励机制运行的最佳效果是在较低成本的条件下达到激励相容。
