电子商务时代的到来赋予房地产企业“以客户为中心”管理新的内涵——客户关系管理CRM。CRM不仅是一种管理技术和管理软件,更是一种管理模式和管理理念。因此中国房地产企业CRM系统的实施应从管理和技术两个层次入手,分别部署,共同推进。
The age of e-business has endowed customer-center management with a new connotation, which is called customer relationship management (CRM). CRM is not only a kind of management technology and software, but also a kind of management model and theory. So real estate corporations in China should enforce CRM system from both management and technology levels, disposed separately and pushed on together.
