摘要 研究了聚合氯化铝(PAC)-聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)复合絮凝剂对赤砂糖回溶糖浆脱色的效果。考察PAC-PAM复合絮凝剂的不同用量、不同pH值,不同絮凝温度、不同絮凝时间等因素,通过正交表L25(56)安排实验,得到最佳工艺条件为:PAC用量800 mg/kg,PAM用量3 mg/kg,pH值5.8,温度65℃,时间2 min,在此条件下,回溶糖浆的脱色率为33.26%. The polyaluminium chloride( PAC)-polyacrylamide(PAM) compound flocculant with different compounding ratio were employed to remove the coloring matter of the syrup under different reaction temperature, dosage, pH and duration. To optimize the reaction condition, the experiment was arranged by L^25 (56 ), and the optimum condition of reaction were obtained as follows: the PAC dosage 800 mg/kg, PAM dosage 3 mg/kg, pH 5.8, 65℃ and 2 min. The decolorization ratio of syrup was 33.26% under the optimal condition.
