摘要
在汽车变速器设计中可实施CAD/CAE技术来提高设计效率和质量。用三维CAD软件对零件进行造型设计、装配设计,进行干涉检查,生成爆炸图和相应的工程图。用CAE软件对主要受力件进行分析和优化设计,给出可视化的分析结果和优化方案。
CAD/CAE technology was used in the design of automobile transmission to promote the design efficiency and quality. 3D CAD software was used in 3D modeling and parts assembling interference checking, exploding drafting and corresponding engineering drafting. The CAE software was applied to analyze and optimize some key parts undertaking loads, and the visible analysis results and optimizing plans were presented.
