即刻种植与常规种植的临床效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价即刻种植与常规种植两种治疗方法用于缺牙区种植修复的近期临床效果。方法:临床选择53例患者,对骨量充足的23例患者进行即刻种植修复,并于24小时内完成。另30例患者进行常规种植手术。共植入Xive种植体112枚,并对其进行定期的临床和放射学检查。结果:53例患者中有23例患者接受即刻种植修复,涉及67个种植体,经12个月以上负重观察,在最终修复前因过载失败1枚,1枚因植入角度过大弃用。30例患者接受常规种植修复,无失败病例。观察期最短12个月,最长24个月。两种治疗方法植入的种植体在最终修复后无感染、无脱落,骨内种植体周无x线透影区。结论:严格掌握适应症和选用适当种植系统及临床修复标准,两种种植修复方法的临床效果是满意的。 Objective: To investigate the clinical short-term results of two difference implant installation ways ( the immediate loaded and the delayed loaded)in the partial edentulous area. Methods: Totally 53 cases were implanted with Xive implant system and 112 implants were used. Of 53 cases, 23 received immediate loading within 24 hours, the remaining received delayed loading implant installation under the normal treatment rules. Results: Two implants were lost in the 23 cases group because of the over loading and super angle installation .The observation period was more then 12 months after loading. The 30 cases group received delayed loading implant installation was successful. The observation period is from 12 to 24 months. The implants in both groups exhibited no peri-implant radiolucencies, infections and losage. Coclusion: The clinical results suggest that the usage of appropriate implant installation techniques and prosthetic ways is essential , they are in satisfaction and the immediate loaded implants need long term observation.
