FAF1在胃癌组织中的表达及其与凋亡的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析胃癌组织FAF1蛋白表达水平与细胞凋亡及患者临床指标的关系。方法:用免疫组化及TUNEL技术检测了胃癌、癌旁和正常胃组织各40例中的FAF1蛋白表达及细胞凋亡指数。结果:胃癌组织的FAF1的阳性表达率(37.50%)明显低于癌旁组织(62.50%,P<0.05)和正常组织(72.50%,P<0.01);低或未分化胃癌组织FAF1阳性表达率显著低于高中分化胃癌组织(73.08%vs64.29%,P<0.05)。胃癌细胞凋亡指数与癌细胞分化程度、远处转移、浸润深度及临床分期有关(P均<0.05)。FAF1表达阴性组的胃癌细胞凋亡指数显著低于FAF1阳性组(P<0.01)。结论:胃癌组织细胞FAF1表达下降,并与癌细胞低分化和凋亡水平下降有关,提示FAF1低表达可能与胃癌发生和发展有关,影响细胞分化和凋亡是其可能的作用机制。 OBJECTIVE:To analyse the relationship among the ex- pression level of FAF1, apoptosis and clinical parameters in gastric cancer tissue. METHODS: Immunohistoehemistry and TUNEL were used to detect the expression level of FAF1 and apoptosic index in 40 cases of gastric cancer tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal tis sues, respectively. RESULTS: The expression level of FAF1 in the gastric cancer tissues (37.50%) was significantly lower than that in the paracancerous tissue (62.50% ,P〈0. 05)and normal tissue (72.50% , P〈0.05). The expression level of FAF1 in undifferentiated or poorly differentiated cancerous tissues was much lower than that in well-differentiated ones (73.08% vs 64.29%. P〈0.05). The apoptosic indexin gastric cancer was closely correlated with the cell differentiation, distant place diversion, infiltrating depth and tumor differentiation grade (P〈0,05). The apoptosic index in FAF1 negative expression group was much lower than that in the positive group (P〈0.01). CONCLUSION: The expression level of FAF1 is lower in gastric cancer tissue and correlated with the ceil poor differentiation and the decrease of ap optosic level. The results indicate that the lower cxpresion level of FAF1 might be correlated with the occurrence and the development of gastric cancer. The probable mechanism is that FAF1 affectcs the cell differentiation and apoptosis.
