摘要
在测控系统研究和实际应用中,当板件的通道数不能满足实际需要时,常用的解决办法是添置新板件以扩充通道。然而数据采集卡往往价格不菲,本文采用价格低廉的数据转换板配合软件编程的方法,使用16路的数据采集卡完成了27路数据的采集,按此方式最大可以实现256路信号的采集,大大节约了研究成本。
In the research and application of measurement and control system, the number of channel of the existing boards is often unable to meet the actual needs, which is commonly solved by linking another card. But acquisition card is often expensive, so in this paper the author provided a solution based on a low-prices transition board and software programming, and by this way the card with 16 channels get the 27 temperature signals. In fact, 256 signals can be achieved in this way, much of the cost was saved.
