早发2型糖尿病患者的临床特点和危险因素分析

Clinical characteristics and concomitant risk factors of early-onset type 2 diabetes meliitus

目的探讨中国汉族人群早发2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的临床特点。方法对246例（35.64±4.11）岁的早发T2DM患者（早发T2DM组）与382例（62.71±16.00）岁的迟发T2DM患者（迟发T2DM组）的临床和实验室指标进行对比分析。结果早发T2DM组体质指数（BMI）及高血压患病率、糖尿病阳性家族史者、肾脏损害的发生率高于迟发T2DM组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。早发T2DM的危险因素Logistic回归分析中,只有BMI和糖尿病家族史是早发T2DM的独立危险因素（P〈0.01）。结论有T2DM家族史且体重超重者易患早发T2DM;早发T2DM患者易于发生肾脏损害。

Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of patients with early-onset type 2 diabetes of Chinese Han people. Methods Clinical and laboratory parameters of 246 cases [ （ 35.64 ± 4.11 ） years old ] with early-onset type 2 diabetes were compared with those of 382 cases [ （ 62.71 ± 16.00 ） years old ] of late-onset type 2 diabetes. All subjects measured body weight, height, blood pressure, heart rate, plasma levels of glucose, lipids profiles,and level of albuminuria. Results Subjects with early-onset diabetes had higher level of BMI, prevalence of hypertension and renal damage, as well as positive family history of diabetes （ P 〈 0.05 ）. By multivariate logistic regression analysis, BMI and family history of diabetes were identified as independent predictors of early-onset diabetes mellitus （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Overweight subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus are tend to suffer from early-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus and are at high risk companying renal damage.
